Hi Tim

Is there any way to show the active tabs carried through the sub level menu? ? I am setting #HouseMenuNavCurrentItem to define the color and look of my root menu item, then #HouseMenuSubNavCurrentItem for my first level menu and so on.

However, it only shows on the active level for that tab - it loses the active state on the root menu, so I can't see which root I am linked to

In other words I want to show the root menu item, and then the submenu item, and then possibly the 3rd level submenu item as well - If I take your menu on this site as an example, if I selected Housemenu under the projects menu and went to that tab, I would see projects in a different color (active) to the rest of the root menu items, and if I hovered over Projects to expand the menu, I would also see Housemenu in a different color (active tab).

Is it possible to do this using housemenu ? If so please advise how this is achieved.

Thanks

There should be CSS for parent item and parent link, which should allow you to style the menu "breadcrumb", if you will. Honestly, though, this has been glitchy in the current menu. Works in version 2, which I am testing at www.writergear.com. Since I want every bit of extra time I have to go into the new menu, I'm afraid I probably won't be able to revisit this issue in the current one.

I am currently using the housemenu in verical expanding mode (on hover). I want the menu to remain open once i have selected the submenu, but am finding it impossible to get this right. I have tried a:active, HouseMenuNavCurrentItem, HouseMenuNavCurrentLink, but nothing seems to work. Some direction for this would be greatly appreciated.
