I set up a portal to use HouseMenu 1.x, or rather I'm trying to.  On my development system, all looks good, also from a laptop system.  But on my primary workstation CSS isn't rendering correctly.  Menu renders centered instead of aligned left and dynamic flyout is about 50px to the right of menu and can't be accessed.  On development server it is running perfectly and laptop too, aligned left and flyout butted upto the menu itself.  I'm using the default vertical css with only a modification to make menu wider (180px), but I had this problem prior to making that change as well.  Suggestions where to look?
