Tim -

I am starting a new topic here since our company firewall, for some bizarre reason, blocks complete download of the FCKeditor and your "Add New Topc" page just hangs until it times out (to that end, you might want to add an option on the Add New Topic page to use a plain text editor).

Anyhow, my question involves delay of hiding submenus. Currently, if a user has a submenu list open and accidently barely moves their mouse off the submenu then it disappears and is very unforgiving. Most dynamic menus give a delay before submenus disappear to make them more user friendly.

I have not been able to figure out a way to include such a delay in the HouseMenu. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Barry,

The only way to implement a delay in hiding those submenus is by using javascript. I am currently researching this in the hope of adding it to the new version of the menu.

Hey Tim!

Great module - any chance of getting these delays working? I have a site that I am holding off deploying since the menus "disappear" too quickly and the client is spooked.

Here is a link to a site that has solved the prob - I was too sacred to muck around with your JScript -

Let me know if/when you get this going - it's a pretty big stoppage for me since the House Menu gets the job done on just about everything else...

Thanks,

Eric
